Dewees Goes Home

Description

Dewees is a 90 pound loggerhead turtle that was found floating on Dewees inlet last April.S/he was brought to the SC Aquarium for treatment and after 5 months made a full recovery and was released at Kiawah Island, SC. I had the pleasure of photographing the turtle along with Hook and Murray, two Kemp’s ridley sea turtles that were also brought in for rehab.
